"Unbelievable! Labor Day's Hottest Secret Revealed: 'Brew with a View' Craft Beer Festival in West Virginia Will Blow Your Mind!"
Do
you enjoy the thought of having a cool beer while riding a chairlift?
Over Labour Day Weekend, the Timberline Mountain ski resort will hold
its first-ever "Brew with a View" craft beer festival, including nine
various brewers and two days of live music.
The event will take
place on both Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3 from 12 p.m.
to 8 p.m. For $45 per day, tickets for those who are 21 and older come
with 10 drink tickets, a chairlift ride, and a Timberline Mountain
koozie as long as supplies last. Tickets for youngsters and designated
drivers cost $20 each per day.
Tickets allow entry to the venue,
which features live music, lawn activities, and face painting. On the
event's Facebook page, participants are urged to bring lawn chairs and
picnic blankets but are not allowed to bring coolers or outside alcohol.
After being shut down for several months, Greenbrier Valley Brewing is once again open.
Nine breweries from across West Virginia will be attending the festival:
- Stumptown Ales
- Mountain State Brewing Co.
- Big Timber Brewing
- Screech Owl Brewing
- Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company
- Hawk Knob Cidery
- High Ground Brewing
- Weathered Ground Brewery
- Bridge Brew Works
There will also be three music acts for each day of the event:
Saturday
- Noon — Nat Frederick
- 3 p.m. — Tom O’Connor
- 6 p.m. — Stone Senate
Sunday
- Noon — Greg Harrison
- 3 p.m. — Josh Folmsbee & The Crooked Roots
- 6 p.m. — The Sodapopgypsies Band
